Return Policy:

If your item was faulty when you received it (ie: workmanship) then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange the return. The item then will be repaired/exchanged and return free of shipping cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it with original condition and package within 30 days and we will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price.

All jewelry repairs caused by breakage due to normal wear and tear during 18 months after purchase will be at no cost to you. Sometimes these repairs may incur a small fee to cover materials, but we will let you know in advance if this is the case.

Repair and Alterations:

Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

We have studs, clip-ons, open hook and lever back earing fittings and can happily swap them upon your request with on cost to you.

Most bracelet/necklace length can easily be altered to fit you perfectly with no additional charge. Clasps can be swapped accordingly (made with the same materials) but to different style of your choice: toggles, lobster clasps, magnetic or hook and eye clasps.
